Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  • Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, such as holidays.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only). Please note that some promotions may have specific terms and conditions.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days (U.S. orders).

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days (U.S. orders).

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

  • If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at [email address or customer service number] before your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

At Amare Chi Sei Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process under the following terms:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Amarechiseibeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued  in the form of a store credit for a future purchase at Amare Che Sei  Beauty.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend processing a return for a refund in a form of store credit and placing a new order. Please note that the original item must be returned unopened and in new condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Amarechiseibeauty@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
